Raptors 102, Trail Blazers 79: Portland native Terrence Ross drilled six 3-pointers to finish with 26 points as Toronto opened a season-long six-game homestand with its eighth win in nine outings.
DeMar DeRozan scored 16 of his 24 points in the first half and Ed Davis had 19 on 9-for-12 shooting for the Raptors. Jose Calderon and Kyle Lowry didn't record a point but had 13 and nine assists, respectively, as the Raptors snapped an eight-game losing skid to the Trail Blazers.
Rookie Damian Lillard had 18 points and LaMarcus Aldridge collected 14 points and 10 rebounds for the Trail Blazers, who fell to 5-11 on the road.
After Lillard sank a pair of free throws to bring Portland to within four at 28-24, Ross drilled a trio of 3-pointers in just over a minute to give Toronto a 40-27 advantage.
Ross, a rookie whose highest scoring total previously was 19, capped the second-quarter barrage with a buzzer-beating 3-pointer as the Raptors secured a 55-39 lead. They pushed the advantage to 21 in the fourth quarter and never looked back.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Prior to Wednesday, Toronto's last victory over Portland was a 116-109 double-overtime thriller on Jan. 13, 2008. ... After going 0-for-20 from 3-point range in the first meeting this season, the Trail Blazers were slightly better this time around. They finished 4-for-22. ... Portland F Joel Freeland had a career-high 11 points.
