Mavericks 126, Bobcats 99: O.J. Mayo benefited from a sizzling shooting display to collect 30 points as host Dallas connected on 16 3-point attempts to maintain its mastery of Charlotte.
Mayo went 7-for-10 from behind the arc and 10-of-17 overall while Darren Collison and Vince Carter added 18 points apiece for the Mavericks, who improved to 16-0 all-time against the Bobcats.
Ramon Sessions came off the bench to score 14 of his 22 points in the second quarter for Charlotte, which struggled after snapping a 23-game losing skid with a 90-89 victory over Indiana on Friday.
Leading 61-53 at the half, Dallas pulled away after connecting on six of seven 3-point attempts during a 36-point third quarter.
Mavericks center Chris Kaman scored 16 points in his season debut after missing two games with a strained right calf.
