SPURS 102, CLIPPERS 99: Tim Duncan had 21 points and nine rebounds and visiting San Antonio held off Los Angeles in the final seconds to complete a four-game sweep.
Tony Parker added 17 points, including consecutive baskets to put the Spurs ahead to stay and send them into the Western Conference finals against the Oklahoma City Thunder or Los Angeles Lakers.
Danny Green and Gary Neal scored 14 points apiece as San Antonio reeled off its 18th consecutive victory with its second four-game sweep of the postseason.
Chris Paul had 23 points and 11 assists and Blake Griffin scored 21 points despite playing with four stitches in his lip for the Clippers.
Los Angeles appeared on the verge of extending the series when Eric Bledsoe scored 11 consecutive points in a span of 4:00 to give the Clippers a 90-85 lead with 5 1/2 minutes to play.
After the Spurs went back ahead, Paul converted a three-point play to give the Clippers their final lead at 97-96, but Parker hit back-to-back baskets to make it 100-97 with 52 seconds to play.
Two free throws by Paul got the Clippers within 100-99, but he turned the ball over and missed a game-tying shot in the final 11 seconds.
After having his lip stitched at halftime, Griffin scored 12 points and Paul had nine in the third quarter as the Clippers took a 75-74 lead - the first time they led entering the fourth in the series.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Griffin's tooth went through his lip when he collided with Manu Ginobili's shoulder with just under three minutes left in the first half. He went to the locker room shortly thereafter to be stitched up. ... The Spurs reached 100 points for the 16th time in their last 18 games. ... San Antonio’s 18-game winning streak extending from the regular season into the playoffs is one shy of the NBA record set by the Los Angeles Lakers in 2001.
